Thanks for the update! Having always on top toggled off is working fine!

I have one last question. I made my own sprite sheet using a scale of 48x48. It works, but it flickers a lot when it's moving from left to right (it doesn't flicker when it stops in place, even when it animates, just when it;s sliding to the left or the right). I don't think the included slime pet does that. Do you happen to know what might cause this?

I have not seen this before. Under the video guide is a link to the Discord. If you can join and submit the spritesheet to the Support channel I can take a look.

Hi, thanks for making this, it's a really cool concept. I've got a couple questions though.

First, the guide mentions "if voting is enabled" that actions will happen immediately, but I don't see a way to disable it. How would I do that?

Second, the window is always on top of other windows. If I minimize it, the animations stop, so I'd need to be able to pull up OBS on top of it to use it on a stream. Is there a way to do that?

I had issues with it freezing if it wasn't always on top. If you are on one monitor I can see how that can get annoying. I can push an update to toggle that from the settings.

For Voting, in the Settings if you want all commands to happen without timers, set the Attention timer to 0. This will remove the delay for accepting commands. The Vote Timer is the length of time from needing attention to the system calculating and determining which action to take based on votes.

Hope this helps. I will try to get another update out this weekend. There are a few requests I can attempt to work into the update.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm on a laptop currently without an additional monitor, so it takes up about 1/4 of the screen, haha. No rush, but having the option to layer it under would be nice, even if it's a little glitchy.

And cool, thank you. It did help. :)

Hi! Can the character sprites be bigger than 16x16px?

Hey. Currently only 16x16 is supported. It is based on the original virtual pet models used. I could potentially see about increasing that. Would require some testing to ensure it doesn't negatively impact existing systems

Hey as part of the weekend update I am targeting a higher resolution. You should be able to use 16x16, 32x32, 48x48 etc. I would recommend keeping them sized at increments of 16 to ensure compatibility. And maintain the 12 Sprite limit 3x4 format. Testing is looking good so far.

Hello, I was just looking for a virtual pet that my viewers can manage. Can you show us all available animals and their evolutions please ?

Hey the free mons.zip contains all available Digimon sprites and the CSV that shows the evolution paths.  While not all are used the CSV file can be updated to add new evolutions or modify existing ones.

If Digimon isn't your thing, there is a slime, blob, and gelatinous cube evolution that comes with it.

If you are artistically inclined you can also create your own.
